I am thrilled to announce the reunion of my trio with Michel Hatzigeorgiou and Dré Pallemaerts, which traces its origins back to 1989. Over the years, we have performed on numerous stages in Belgium and abroad, and our collaboration has yielded the albums ‘Some Sounds’ (1990) and ‘Eleven’ (1995).

Join us next Sunday, 28 January at the Café Des Arts in Antwerp. Our performance will feature a selection of original compositions that have stood the test of time, offering a nostalgic glimpse into our musical journey.
This is a rare opportunity to witness the synergy of our trio. Join us as we recreate the magic that has defined our collaboration and celebrate the timeless artistry of live music.

A 360° Sound Immersion with Quentin Dujardin and Gil Delogne

To kick off the year, I had the privilege of creating music alongside guitarist Quentin Dujardin and gong master Gil Delogne. Our three-day residency at the Centre Culturel de Huy was dedicated to fine-tuning and rehearsing the music of ‘Levitation’, an immersive experience that blurs the lines between a traditional concert and a therapeutic sound bath.

Culminating our time in Huy, we had two sold-out performances. During these shows, our audience was invited to join us on stage, either reclining on yoga mats or seated comfortably in chairs. Thanks to the expertise of the technical crew at the Centre Culturel de Huy, the sound of our instruments reverberated through a meticulously placed network of speakers, enveloping both the audience and musicians in a 360° sonic embrace. The fusion of singing bowls, gongs, Koshi chimes, monochord, baritone guitar, and tenor saxophone transported all present into a realm of musical transcendence.

Join us next time!
